After connecting Sirvoy to a channel, all new bookings will automatically be imported. However, bookings made before the connection need to be imported manually.

Tip: Complete the importing process quickly to avoid overbookings after connecting a new channel. Although this article will guide you through the process, our support team can help import your bookings too.

Before You Start:

  1. Connect your Sirvoy account to the channel.
  2. Map the listings of your choice to the corresponding Sirvoy Room Types and save the mapping.

Importing Bookings

Go to Settings > Channels and find the channel you’d like to import bookings from. Click “Import bookings” on that channel’s integration page to begin. Bookings to import will fall into three categories:

With no match, but with availability

These bookings have no duplicates in Sirvoy and there are available rooms for their dates. These appear in green.

How to handle: Click “Import” to add them to Sirvoy as new bookings.

With possible matches

The system identifies these bookings as potential duplicates of a preexisting booking, maybe because of matching guest details or booking IDs. These appear in orange.

How to handle:

  • If the bookings have identical booking IDs, click “Match” to merge them.
  • If they don’t share the same ID but are confirmed duplicates, click “Match” to merge them.
  • If they aren’t duplicates of an existing booking, click “Import” to add them as new, distinct bookings.

No availability

These bookings have no duplicates but there are no available rooms on their dates. These appear in red.

How to handle:

  • Click “Import as Overbooking” to add them as new bookings.
  • Resolve the overbooking by assigning an available room, either before or after importing.
